What should I do if I'm not sure which classes or treatments I should begin with?
No worries! Either give us a call or email to arrange a tour and we would love to help answer any questions. Our Customer Representative would be happy to offer you a cup of tea while discussing what your needs or goals are and recommend a wellness plan specially for you at begin wellness.
How can I book classes or services?

If you need any assistance, please give us a call and we will be happy to help you book whatever you need.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unexpected things occur and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule. To cancel your booking, please login to your account and cancel 12 hours in advance or give us a call to let us know you can't make it. Otherwise we will need to charge 60% of the class or service if it's less than 12 hours notice, or charge 100% for the service if it's a no-show. For late arrivals, you will be charged for a full session or class. Thank you for your understanding!
We appericate your honesty and understand if you are feeling unwell and wish to stay home to protect our community. If you are within 12 hour cancellation period, please give us a call and we will waive the fee. We reserve the right to use our own discretion in waiving the fee.
What should I bring for classes/treatments?
Please wear comfortable activewear that you can easily move in. Kindly remove shoes and socks before entering the movement studio for dance and yoga classes.
Feel free to bring your own towel or use one of ours at reception for $3.
Please bring your own water bottle as we provide a filtered water refilling station.
Yoga mats are provided.
Do you have a locker, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, & a hair dryer?
No worries, we've got you covered! We provide all of that for you here.
What else do I need to know for my first visit?
To fully enjoy your begin wellness experience, we recommend that you arrive 10-20 mins ahead of your class or treatment to unplug & unwind with a cup of tea and allow yourself to settle in. Our Customer Representative will be happy to help you with the Intake form and give you a tour of the centre.

2. Our Wellness Facilitators will be available to assist you between 9am - 7pm Monday through Friday, and 9am - 3pm Saturday & Sunday.
Where is the centre located?
We are located in a white historic building at 489 Khyber Pass Road, Newmarket. At the corner between Khyber Pass Road and Broadway, above nood funiture shop. Our entrance is facing Broadway. Look for our logo signage on window and a footpath singage.
Where can I park?
Visitors can find metered street parking, or park in the nearest car parks located below. 118 Broadway 2 York Street
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your class or session so you can to step away from your daily schedule and take a moment to ground yourself in peace and balance. To create a tranquil environment for everyone, kindly silence your phone on airplane mode and refrain from wearing strongly scented perfumes or colognes. We'll handle the timekeeping, so that you can just relax and let go! Both meditation and yoga classes welcome all levels of experience. Also, remember to be mindful and considerate of others seeking peace and stillness. If you're taking an Immersive Class, please quietly exit when you're ready to leave. After class, unwind in our lounge area with tea and conversation.

There are many benefits to attending a wellness class! Dance, yoga, meditation, and sound healing can help to improve your physical and mental wellness, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. Other than giving your mind, body, and soul a welcomed opportunity to pause & reset, they can also help to improve sleep, boost energy levels, and allow you to connect with your innerself while increasing your overall well-being.
What is the difference between guided and immersive classes?
Enrolling in guided classes provides the advantage of having a dedicated instructor offering personalized guidance to ensure proper form. Immersive classes, on the other hand, offer a unique wellness journey. Participants engage through video projections and headphones, creating an unparalleled and immersive experience.

Can I hire your teacher and space for a private session?
Absolutely! We would love to host and customise a private session for you or your group. Let us help you set up a private group yoga class, or a pampering group sound bath. You can even plan a marriage proposal during a dance class (ring is not included)! The space is also available for rent to host your own workshops and wellness classes.
